If you’re having people over for dinner, combine coffee, dessert and a digestif in one sweet, decadent dish that takes five minutes to make.

Ingredients

  • Vanilla ice cream, either dairy or plant-based
  • An espresso per person
  • Frangelico for those who like liqueur

  1. Place two scoops of ice cream into a glass bowl or cup
  2. Add an espresso shot over the ice cream and include a tablespoon (or two) of frangelico
  3. Serve immediately
