If coffee was a smooth beer, it would be a nitro. An ice-cold brew with a smooth foam texture on top, this delicious drink takes the bitterness out of coffee and transforms it into a sweet, summery beverage
Ingredients
- Cold brew
- Whipped cream, if desired

Nitro machine:
- If using a keg, fill 3/4 of it with cold brew coffee
- Nitro the coffee according to the nitro keg machine instructions. This normally waits you have to wait an hour or two for the nitro to do it’s magic.
- Pour into a glass and add with whipped cream, if desired
Whipped cream dispenser:
- Add coffee into the dispenser and seal it tight
- Put one charge of nitro into the dispenser and shake it as strongly as you can for 30 seconds
- Pour into a glass
