This is for all of you coffee experts that think you’ve tried it all. Add some citrus to your espresso to give it an interesting twist. This recipe calls for lemon, but you can also add orange, grapefruit or tangerine

- An espresso, preferably with a lighter, more fruity blend
- One slice of lemon
- Sugar, to taste

- Before making the espresso, take the slice of lemon and rub the inside of the cup with the lemon skin, with particularly attention to the lip of the cup
- Pull the espresso directly into the cup and add 1/2 a teaspoon of sugar
- Taste and add a couple of drops of lemon juice or extra sugar according to your taste. Serve with a slice of lemon on the side and enjoy
