If coffee was a smooth beer, it would be a nitro. An ice-cold brew with a smooth foam texture on top, this delicious drink takes the bitterness out of coffee and transforms it into a sweet, summery beverage

Nitro machine:

  1. If using a keg, fill 3/4 of it with cold brew coffee
  2. Nitro the coffee according to the nitro keg machine instructions. This normally waits you have to wait an hour or two for the nitro to do it’s magic.
  3. Pour into a glass and add with whipped cream, if desired

Whipped cream dispenser:

  1. Add coffee into the dispenser and seal it tight
  2. Put one charge of nitro into the dispenser and shake it as strongly as you can for 30 seconds
  3. Pour into a glass
